I learnt to fly in 1996 in the Hawks Bay of New Zealand. Since then I have spent significant amounts of time flying in Germany and UK before moving to the USA in 2003. I started running the Northern California Cross Country League in 2005 and the Northern California Sprint League in 2014. These leagues aim to assist pilots in flying further than they would on their own and develop camaraderie between like minded pilots. In 2010 I started importing Flymaster instruments into the USA in order to provide the best value for money flight instruments for pilots. I was first elected a regional director in 2012 with the aims of site preservation and increased pilot safety. As regional director my focus has been on site retention and reducing pilot attrition.
