New USHPA website technology platform is LIVE!

If you're reading this, you may have noticed we have a new USHPA website. What you may not have noticed is that everything "under the hood" is brand new!

USHPA has been working on a new web technology platform for the past few years, including upgrades to the aging technology infrastructure supporting operations. Two years ago the new public-facing website launched at

Today the back-end office systems (member management, finance, reporting, communications, etc.) went live on our new Association Management System (AMS). The Members Only area and all membership-related content on the website are also live on the new system! For more information about the project visit New website technology.

Actions required of members

1 - All members must set new passwords. Please click the "Forgot password" link on the Sign In page to reset your password.

2 - After signing in, you can review your information by going to My Info. Please review everything and let us know if you find anything amiss.

3 - All instructors need to re-subscribe to LeadGen. Once you are on the My Info page, click the "LeadGen" tab and subscribe to the leads you want to receive. If you have automatic responses or filters set up you will likely need to update them since the format of the LeadGen emails has changed.

4 - All chapters using the member info API need to update the subdomain used. Please use (or The "old" subdomains will no longer work. Nothing else has changed.

5 - Please be patient. In order for membership operations to be fully functional as quickly as possible, some areas of the website are not yet fully migrated to the new system. There will be some broken links and missing pages. We will be fixing these over the course of the next few weeks.


The project involves virtually all of our technology systems and infrastructure elements. Our goals have included:

  • Improved website design that is easier to use and better reflects our sport
  • New website tools so the content is easier to update, resulting in more and more current information
  • Fully hosted solutions so we can decommission the in-house server
  • Implementation of DocuSign for online signing of waivers and other agreements
  • Improvements to the administrative systems for increased office efficiencies and better member services.
