If we’re unable to find your record, you’ll need to create a new account. Please note that if a new account is created and a previous record is later found, the two cannot be merged. Your new account and member number will remain active.

Instructors are required to have a Rogallo
membership. You can upgrade your membership when you submit your certification acceptance form.
