Bill has been flying paragliders for over 20 years, and competing for over 15. In addition to Paragliding, Bill enjoys cycling, reading, cats, making stuff, and writing about himself in the 3rd person. In addition to being on the Board of USHPA, he also volunteers and is on the Board at CIVL and the PWCA. All of this takes up way too much of his time, but somebody has to do it and he's happy to do what he can to give back to the sport that he loves so much. One of these days he wants to learn how to Hang Glide as well, but so much to do, so little time...
