USHPA's Executive Director has been flying paragliders since 2003, including hundreds of competition tasks, a dozen PWC meets, a handful of Category 2 task wins and three reserve rides. He previously served USHPA as volunteer chair of the strategic planning committee from 2012-2022, where he created and led the governance proposal that led to USHPA's restructuring its board of directors. Professionally he has founded, co-founded or led a number of startups and emerging businesses, and consulted on strategy to businesses of all sizes including members of the Fortune 500.
