ACE Accreditation Application

 

Process 

 1️⃣ Submit your ACE application to USHPA

Complete the ACE application at the bottom of this page. A deposit for your ACE event is collected at the time of submission.

2️⃣ USHPA reviews your application

USHPA will evaluate your application and may contact you for clarification if any details could impact insurability.

3️⃣ Apply for event insurance with Recreation RRG

Once your event is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • Your signed ACE Event Agreement
  • A direct link to the Recreation RRG event insurance application

Submit your insurance application as soon as possible! Recreation RRG requires at least 90 days to process and issue insurance certificates.

 

Current Fee Schedule

 

Effective March 1, 2026-March 1, 2027

  • Daily Fee for Event with less than or equal to 25 Participants - $110
  • Daily Fee for Event with Greater Than 25 Participants - $165
  • Daily Participant Fee for Event with Greater Than 50 Persons - $8 per Participant per Day
    • *In addition to the daily fee of $165.

Additional Fees:

  • Increased Insured Limits to $1M/$1M - $116 per landowner
  • Increased Insured Limits to $1M/$2M - $139 per landowner
